Etiquette

These tips will help you understand what is expected of guests and staff, to help make your time in our day spas the most relaxing and tranquil experience it can be.

Health Concerns

At Rela we believe in a new model of care. Our proactive approach identifies important health and wellness issues early and applies personalized strategies for maximum results. We believe this approach is best for our clients because each program is customized for the client’s unique needs. We are transforming the way we support people by optimizing results and focusing on the whole person.

Spa Etiquette

Your treatment, your time and your body belong to you and we want you to truly enjoy your experience with us. Please tell your therapist what you would like, whether more or less pressure, whether the temperature suits you, whether you would like different music etc.

Children

We love children and appreciate the fact that many of our clients want only the very best for their kids hair! Strictly speaking, our environment is not conducive to small, unattended children due to our cozy size and sharp, hot tools. We don’t want anyone to get hurt and we want everyone to relax. We ask that each Life Guest provide responsible supervision for any accompanying children in the salon.

Reservations & Cancellations

If you must cancel your appointment, please keep in mind that a 24-hour cancellation notice is appreciated by phone or in person. This allows us time to replace that appointment for our commission-based service providers. In the event that we don’t hear from you in time, a the following service charge will be assessed.

Spa Attire

For hygiene reasons outdoor shoes cannot be worn in the Physikarium. Please bring a bathrobe and slippers with you to every treatment and change in the cloakroom in the entrance area. You will need a one euro coin for the cloakroom lockers.
